Rabwat Al Matalat Scheme

Mawten has recently completed developing a 420,000 m² of land located at Al- Hijra district on the Third Ring Road in Makkah, turning it to the closest mid-rise residential choice to the Holy Mosque. The project provides a developed infrastructure.

Near to the Holy Mosque, the residential scheme of Rabwat Al Matlat sits on an area of 420,000 m² in the Al-Hijrah district. The scheme is characterized by its proximity to government services such as Al-Noor Hospital and Mount Thawr, surrounded by a network of main roads. The project provides a developed infrastructure. The new kindergarten building has been implemented to open the street leading to the Third Ring Road and hand it over to the Education ministry in 2021. A memorandum of agreement was signed with the Ministry of Housing (SHRAKAT Program) to develop a housing project on an area of about 51,000 m². The project aims to develop about 900 housing units of different models and areas, with car parking and service facilities necessary for the Residents with a total area of 220,000 m² distributed over 22 buildings Residential

A memorandum of agreement was signed with the Ministry of Housing (SHRAKAT Program) to develop a housing project on an area of about 51,000 m².
