The strategic location of the city contributed to being an ideal destination for setting up factories and a distinguished choice for logistics services because of the smooth movement in the city. An internal road network with a total length of more than 40 km was implemented, served by a well-thought-out distribution of waiting and parking spaces.The city provides serviced plots for different types of manufacturing industries, warehouses, and logistics services, in addition to Plots dedicated for support services that include residential, and commercial activities, serving as an ideal environment for international and local manufacturers and logistics service providers at "Riyadh". The total development cost is about 1.3 billion Riyals. The city was equipped with all infrastructure networks with a power station that has a capacity of 120 MVA. The project was delivered to MODON and the municipality of Riyadh. An agreement was signed for the operation and maintenance of the city with one of the specialized authorities, under the supervision of MODON.
